Search examples: Ethnic diversity is keyword; subject is Pluralism.
Gender discrimination is keyword; subject is sex discrimination.
Subject headings listed on the detailed record define/broaden/narrow terms.
Find background information in Reference such as: Encyclopedia of Counseling in BF, Encyclopedia of Social Work in HV, Encyclopedia of Criminology in HV, Criminal Justice in KF
